There are certain applications or URLs that are only supported with earlier version of internet explorer web browser especially internet explorer 7 or 8.
We notice when we try to run such application with any other browser or the latest version of internet explorer. It poses a challenges.
One recommended option is to uninstall the current version of your IE(Internet Explorer) and re-install with earlier version say version 7 or 8.
